Amber Wansten serves as Director of Corporate Events and Travel and has held the position since March 2014. Wansten began working for Mesa as a Customer Service Agent in Manhattan, Kansas under Air Midwest in 2000. In 2001 she moved to Phoenix to continue her career at the company’s corporate office and since that time, has served Mesa in many capacities including executive assistant to the CEO, CFO and COO, Human Resources Supervisor and Reservations Manager for go! Airlines.
She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Rio Salado College with honors/distinction and Certificates of Completion in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management & Services. Wansten is certified as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
