Eric Gust is the Vice President of Flight Operations for Mesa. He joined Mesa in February 1995 in Bull Head City, Ariz., as a mechanic and inspector on the Beech 1900Ds. In February 1997, he transferred to the Internal Evaluations department, working as an airworthiness auditor. Eric was appointed Vice President Safety and Regulatory Compliance in 2001, a position he held until his current appointment in early 2008. He is qualified as a pilot on the CRJ and previously flew the Beech 1900D. Eric attended A&P and flight school at Colorado Northwestern and obtained his bachelor of science in aviation management from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
