Mesa currently operates 69 aircraft with more than 400 daily system departures to 85 cities, 36 states, the District of Columbia, Canada and Mexico. The Company has approximately 2,200 employees and plans to hire an additional 1,000 in the next two years.
Mesa recently added 9 CRJ 900 aircraft with 4 more scheduled for delivery in summer 2014 for US Airways/American and has just begun taking delivery of 30 new Embraer 175 E-Jets which will fly for United. No other regional airline has that combination of growth and long-term financial stability!

An Exciting Milestone! On Monday, March 31, 2014, Mesa Airlines joined Embraer and United Airlines officials for a celebration of Mesa’s acceptance of the first of 30 new E175 aircraft in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil. Members of Mesa’s inaugural United Express E175 crew were Deann MacNeil, John Gardner, Artemis Bayandor, Bryan Oder and Embraer’s Joel Faermann. The E-Jet program is led by Senior Vice President, Aircraft Programs Michael Ferverda, with the first aircraft scheduled to enter service in Mesa’s United Express operation this June.
