A Direct-Entry Captain is a pilot who has at least 1,000 hours of qualifying commercial air carrier operating experience.     All you have to do is fill out the referral form, have your pilot submit their employment application and submit using the links below. If they get hired and successfully complete their Initial Operation Experience (IOE), you will receive the first half of the bonus, $10,000! You will receive the remaining balance of $10,000 after your referred pilot completes six months of active service from the date of their first flying duty with Mesa.
