Ready to become an airline pilot?
Introducing Mesa Airline’s Pilot Cadet Program. this program is designed to help you achieve your airline pilot career goal while enjoying some unique benefits unmatched by any other regional airline. Mesa Cadets can enjoy flight benefits, accrue longevity, connect with pilot mentors, affordable flight hours and so much more. Our Cadet coordinators are also available to you throughout the entire process.
Here’s how it works:
Apply
The program is open to commercial pilots with instrument training or private pilots participating in United’s Aviate program.
Interview
Approximately one hour will be spent discussing questions derived directly from our First Officer interview.
On-board
Upon completion of your Commercial Pilot License and Multi-Engine rating, you will collect your Mesa badge at our Phoenix head quarters.
Transition to Mesa
When you reach your ATP minimums, you can enroll in a training class at the Phoenix Aviation Training Centre to begin your airline pilot career.
